Q: How do we book your home?

A:        1) Check availability here

Q: Do I have to arrive and leave on a Saturday or Sunday?

A:        Arrival and departure dates are flexible.

 

 

Q: Does the house have it's own pool?

A:        No. But the community pool and hot tub are only a few steps from our door.

 

 

Q: Are linens provided?

A:        Yes, the home is fully furnished with bedding and towels

 

 

Q: Is the kitchen fully equipped?

A:        Yes, the kitchen has enough utensils to cater 10 people. It also has a dishwasher, full size stove and oven,

            fridge freezer, microwave, toaster plus all the normal items you would find in a kitchen.

 

 

Q:        Is there any where to park?

A:        Yes, plenty of parking in front of the house  

 

 

Q: Can I park campers and trailers in Emerald Island?

A:        No, for now large vehicles and trailers are to be parked off site, this may soon change.

 

 

Q: Are pets allowed?

A:        We are sorry but no pets are allowed. We are animal lovers but you have to appreciate that there are   

            guests who are not, and who may be allergic to animals.

 

 

Q: Are there laundry facilities?

A:        Yes, there is a washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board.

 

 

Q: Are there TV's in the bedrooms?

A:        Yes, each bedroom has cable TV, some with DVD players

 

 

Q: Is there a supermarket nearby?

A:        Yes, Winn Dixie, Publix, and Super Wal-Mart.

 

 

Q: Are there any restaurants close by?

A:        There are more than I can list here within a short drive.  Just to name a few Outback, Cracker Barrel, TGI      

            Fridays,  Carrabba’s, Ihop, some restaurants also deliver to the house.

 

 

Q: Where can I play golf?

A:        There are many golf courses nearby within a 10 to 20 minute drive.  You can make tee time reservations at

            the clubhouse, some offer discounts for guests of Emerald Island. 

 

 

Q: How far is it to the Disney Parks and other attractions?

A:        The Disney Parks are less than 4 miles away, the other attractions are only a 15 to 20 minute drive.

 

 

Q: Do I need to clean the house on arrival?

A:        No the house  will be clean when you arrive, also there will be things to get you started like trash bags,  

            dishwasher detergent, bath tissue.

 

 

Q: If I have a problem on arrival or during our stay who do I call?

A:        Prior to your arrival you would have been sent instructions on location, driving directions etc, you can find a

            telephone number for our management company, they are near by and available 24 hrs. for emergency’s
